Côtes du Rhône - Saint-Joseph Red AOC 2016 - Domaine Le Prieuré d'Arras

0 Avis

It is on this vineyard located in the communes of Arras and Vion on the right bank down the Rhône, in the heart of the appellation, facing south-east, that Saint-Joseph is produced. You will appreciate this wine with its unique vine stock, Syrah, thanks to its intense blackcurrant, blackberry and violet bouquet as well as its peppery note and frosty aromas.

This wine develops its full potential between 3 and 5 years on an intense bouquet of blackcurrant, blackberry and violet with a peppery note, then opens with liquorice aromas for a shelf life of up to 10 years. Goes very well with red meats and all game (pheasant, hare stew, roe deer or wild boar).
