Every day, the Comté is made by hand in a fruit farm.

To get its taste, the Comté takes all its time. Its maturation in a maturing cellar from 10 months on average to much longer for the Comté vieux will release lactic aromas (butter, milk, cream...) It is also characterized by its great organoleptic richness and by its paste containing crystallized amino acids.

The Comté is rich in phosphorus, calcium, mineral salts and protein. The Comté is a precious food made without any additives or colourings, controlled at each stage of its production. It is therefore a healthy and natural food.
